Inverted pocket

Does anyone know how to make a pocket like the one pictured? My soon to be lives this style of pocket and I can't find any tutorials anywhere.

    This is a single welt pocket.
    Check out Palmer and Pletch's website. http://www.palmerpletsch.com/
    They have a dvd on making jackets, and it shows how to make this type of welt pocket. It's the clearest explanation I've ever seen, and I've found all their dvds to be a great source of inspiration and clearly explained techniques.
